LIBRARY HAPPENINGS APRIL 2-8

ADULT SERVICES:
As part of the centenary of the Sinking of the Titanic, presenter/historian  Leslie Goddard will portray Violet Jessup, Titanic Survivor.  Starting at 7 p.m., Ms Goddard, as crew member Jessup, will recount the horrifying and courageous events she observed that fateful night.  Register online.

The Morning Book Group will be meeting on Tuesday, April 3, at 10:30 p.m.  For more information, call Chris Mika at extension 226.

At 7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 4, the film Hugo, based on the Caldecott medal winning book, The Invention of Hugo Cabret, will be shown in the Large Meeting Room.  No tickets are needed.  Rated PG.

YOUTH SERVICES:
The annual Springtime Bunny Hop and Parade programs will be held this week.  There will be puppet shows, stories, crafts, a special treat, and, of course, the parade through the Library to show off special seasonal Hats.  No registration is needed.  The programs are meant primarily for pre-schoolers, but all are welcome.  The times are:
Tuesday, April 3, at 10 a.m. and at 1:30 p.m.
Wednesday, April 4, at 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.
Thursday, April 5, at 10 a.m.
