Students in grades 6 and up, come celebrate Teen Read Week at the Elk Grove Village Library by participating in our special events, listed below.
Young Adult Creep Fest
Friday, October 24 at 4pm - 5:30pm, Large Meeting Room
Make a "Junkin Punkin," come dressed in costume, and get your face painted. Creepy games and prizes will be part of the glow-in-the-dark fun. Pizza and drinks will be served. Pumpkins and supplies provided. Space is limited to 30.
Teen Read Week Photo Contest
Sunday - Saturday, October 18 - 24, online
Take a photo of a place you would like to "Get Away" and read. See our website for more details and contest rules. Entries need to be submitted during Teen Read Week. Winners will be posted on our social media sites and displayed in the library. Enter the contest now!
