Temporary Fix for Viewing Library Account Information



Can't see your checked out items, holds, and/or fines?

We are currently working on resolving this issue that users are having while using the online library catalogFor now, follow the steps below for a temporary fix to the problem, should you experience it:

1) Click on the Personal Information tab
 
2) Click on the Preferences dropdown arrow

3) Uncheck Show my checkout history

4) Click the Update button

  1. This temporary fix doesn't work for me. When will this issue be resolved? I'm able to view Holds, but not Checkouts.
