ABOUT
Communities for Positive Youth Development Coalition (CPYD) is looking for parents of children ages 12 - 18 who live in Elk Grove Village to participate in a focus group.
During the focus group we will ask your opinion about underage drinking prevention messages the coalition has created.
By participating in this focus group, you will receive a pizza dinner and have a chance to win a $25 gift card.
