ADULT SERVICES:
The Bus Trip this week is staying in Illinois. Wednesday's trip starts at Kendall College for a 3-course luncheon. Then participants will take an Architectural Cruise along the Chicago River. $65 tickets can be purchased at the Circulation Desk. For more information, call Jill Derkits at extension 226.
Game Night returns on Friday, September 14, at 7 p.m. Play tabletop games, PC games, or platform games (xBox360, Playstation, and Wii) in teams or solo. Patrons ages 12 and up are welcome, but those under 17 must have written parental permission. Register online.
YOUTH SERVICES:
Babysitting Training--a 2 week program--starts this Saturday, September 15, from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The second part of the class will be on Saturday, September 22. Both classes must be attended to receive the completion certificate. There is a $10 fee for materials. Participants can register online, but registration is not complete until the fee is paid at the Youth Services Desk.
Fall programs start next week. Registration is needed for a few weekly classes and for some of the special programs. Check the calendar for online registration.
