LIBRARY HAPPENINGS SEPTEMBER 24-30

ADULT SERVICES:
Shop Smart to Make More with Less, on Tuesday, September 25, at 7 p.m., is a program for those of us who want to serve more than frozen dinners to our families, but don't have enough time to do so.
Does the thought of preparing a homemade meal for dinner stress you out? Let Kelly Donlea, founder of "Organizing Dinner" share her tips from her cookbook "70 Meals, One Trip to the Store." Learn the "smart ingredients," get simple recipes and add organization to your life, while bringing good food to the table. Kelly will show us how to buy fewer ingredients to make more meals and demonstrate and provide samples of three dishes.

Note that the meeting will be in Kids Korner.  Register online.  For more information, call Jill Derkits at extension 226.

The showing of the Avengers, originally scheduled for Wednesday, September 26, has been re-scheduled for Thursday, October 4.

Ethan Casey is writing a book about Americans all over the country--their worries, opinions, what they feel is right in America, and what they feel is wrong, too.  He will be stopping at the Library on Thursday, September 27, at 7 p.m., to talk with local citizens, hoping to collect more opinions about Where is America Headed?  Register online.   For more information, call Jill Derkits at extension 226.
