Qualifications
Full-time college student, having completed three years. Major must be in early childhood education or elementary education.
Additional Skills Desired
Experience working with infants or children in a library or a school classroom. Familiarity with technological applications in a library or a school environment. Artistic creativity. Knowledge of Spanish a plus.
Responsibilities
Performs basic reference and readers' advisory duties. Assists with library programs including summer reading, crafts, and story times.
Hours
35 hours per week including daytime, evenings, and some weekends. Temporary seasonal position June 6 - July 29, 2016.
Salary
$12.88 per hour
