Can't see your checked out items, holds, and/or fines?
We are currently working on resolving this issue that users are having while using the online library catalog. For now, follow the steps below for a temporary fix to the problem, should you experience it:
1) Click on the Personal Information tab |
2) Click on the Preferences dropdown arrow |
3) Uncheck Show my checkout history |
4) Click the Update button |
This temporary fix doesn't work for me. When will this issue be resolved? I'm able to view Holds, but not Checkouts.
