Located next to the Holds Shelf in the area between Adult Services and Youth Services and in Youth Services, our Self-Check machines provide an easy way for Elk Grove Village Library cardholders to check out items themselves.
If you have any questions about self-checkout or have trouble with the machines, visit the Circulation Services Desk.
HOW TO USE SELF CHECK

Step-by Step Directions
- Scan the barcode on your Library card
- Place all of your items on the pad under the screen
- Select how you would like your receipt: email, printed, or choose no receipt
- You're done!
